About us

Equalize Learning was birthed with a vision to help people close the gap and level their playing field. Our mission is to provide people with the resources to continue learning for life. We want to engage people to learn and together create memorable learning experiences. Our resources and services equip people with the skills to learn anything they set their minds on and empower them to thrive in a rapidly changing world.

We are parents to two beautiful children JJ and DD who keep us on our toes. Everyday, we are learning to support them and nudge them toward a learning path that is sparked by wonder and curiosity. We want them to see beyond what is possible in today’s world and create their own tomorrow.

Priscilla is the main driver of this enterprise. She has spent more than a decade teaching students from post-graduate adult students right through to Sunday school pre-schoolers. She is also a professional examiner with experience in designing university courses for 21st century learning. She has coached hundreds of students to think critically and creatively as well as communicate their ideas and collaborate with others effectively. The part of her job that she finds most fulfilling is the opportunity to journey with her students through life and being a support as they make some of the most important decisions of their young adult life.

She also trained as researcher and has been involved in quantitative research for the past 10 years. Some of the areas she has addressed in her research include financial economics, financial literacy, learning and assessment. Priscilla holds a PhD and a Post-graduate Certificate in Higher Education (PGCHE) from the University of Nottingham. She is also a fellow of the Higher Education Academy (HEA) in the UK.

Eng Swee is the resident subject matter expert on technology, spreadsheets and data. He has his own following in the SAP circles and promotes learning with his many blogs and open-source codes on GitHub. He is a sought after speaker and has shared his expertise at international conferences, workshops and events.
